    POSITION SUMMARY
    Coordinate and facilitate all data entry, contracts, received from the Centre of Excellence, Customer Service and Sydney Branch offices.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES

    *Accurate and Complete Entry of Customer Information: Record all customer information into the SecureNet database.
    *Action Queue Maintenance: Ensure all actions assigned to the Data Entry queue are reviewed & maintain on a daily basis. As well as to ensure all day-to-day information received is completed on the same day received
    *Receive and process information from the customers to order LifeCall systems;
    *Review LifeCall invoices and overdue letters on a daily basis;
    *Attend and actively participate in team meetings and provide constructive solutions to business needs;
    *Other affiliated duties related to the job or upon immediate supervisor¡ request.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    *High School Diploma required;
    *One year experience in data entry or administration is an asset, however, any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered;
    *Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology;
    *Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of satisfaction;
    *Proficient in Microsoft office and the Internet.
