Accountable for all operational bill-outs at property level, including attorney fees, project work team-members, and billable hours for acquisitions, dispositions, and re-financing. <br>Anticipate the needs and exceeds the expectations of the Executive Vice President <br>Keeps the Vice President and key corporate staff informed of developments on a regular basis and requests assistance as needed.<br>Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.<br>Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.<br>At all times projects a favorable image to the public.<br>QUALIFICATION STANDARDS<br>General:<br>Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact.
